The auction begins when the qualified-participant threshold is reached. The top Founder cohort becomes Founders; all other qualified entrants join a founding clan as Genesis Members. Bid Credit is reserved, never burned.

GENESIS RULE The auction buys priority, not burned capital.

Your highest valid bid is reserved until ranking settles, then released. Only purchased Credit counts, and linked accounts cannot multiply influence.

Create and activate a Genesis Auction account and fund it with purchased Credit.
Place at least the minimum bid. Bonus, referral, transferred or earned Credit cannot increase Genesis bidding power.
At 100 qualified economic participants the rolling 24-hour close begins. Every later valid bid starts a fresh 24 hours.
When the auction closes, ranks #001–#012 become the twelve Founders. Rank #013 and below remain Genesis Members and their reserved bid Credit is released.
The twelve Founders receive the seven-hour ranked Portal/Core selection sequence. A missed Founder window is auto-assigned so Genesis cannot stall.
After Hour 7, Origin, twelve clans and twelve Portals go live. Genesis Members enter through those clans without Founder control.
